To report an unauthorised EFT transaction made via BPAY®, Pulse Online Internet or Pulseline telephone banking or your PIN, secret code or if your password has become known to someone else:

Same day payments requested after 2.30pm EST on a business day or any time on a non-business day and future dated payments will be debited to your account on the payment date and remitted the next business day.

Internet Banking Security

Pulse Online net banking is a secure and convenient way to do your everyday banking.

For your protection, we suggest you take note of the following:

  • We will never ask you for your Pulse Online Access Code (by any means including email or telephone)
  • Never access Pulse Online within an email link and disregard emails that request same. Always be on the alert for fake websites and suspicious emails purporting to be from any financial institution. Delete any suspicious emails immediately and scan your computer for viruses. Do not click on any links or open any attachments.
  • Avoid using public computers to do your online banking.
  • Always type into your address bar or use your favourites/bookmark to access Pulse Online.
  • Contact us immediately if you think you have been affected.
