BPAY® enables you to pay a wide range of bills from most of your transaction or savings accounts. Pay bills with BPAY® using Pulse Online Internet Banking or Pulseline Telephone Banking systems.

For a bill to be paid via BPAY®, the biller must be part of the BPAY® scheme, (the BPAY® logo with the Biller Code and Reference or Account Number will be displayed on the bills).

BPAY® by Phone

If you are registered for Pulseline Telephone Banking, you can access BPAY® on the same phone number you use for all other credit union business. Once you've registered for BPAY®, all you have to do is call 03 9349 5166 select the BPAY® option and follow the prompts to pay your bills. It's convenient, secure and as painless as paying bills can possibly be.

BPAY® over the Internet

If you are registered for Pulse Online Internet Banking, simply logon to our Internet banking.

The best thing about Internet BPAY® is that it is visual, so you can see what you are typing. You needn't worry about security either. Internet BPAY® has been specifically designed to protect your funds from unauthorised access.

Please note that you will be prompted to change your personal access code if you are using a simple sequence, e.g. repeated digits or your date of birth in digital format.
