Your Pulse rediCARD and VISA Debit card both have chip protection and payWave functionality which means you can now just wave your card and go.
Your rediCARD will be replaced with a VISA Debit card over the coming months and functions the same as your rediCARD with the ability to be used online and overseas.
Members can now change their PIN for their cards via internet banking.
Just log into internet banking, click on the services tab, then card management and you’re ready to change your PIN.

To report a lost, stolen or misused rediCARD or Visa Debit card or if the PIN has become known to someone else:
