Our corporate planning objectives and strategies have been developed using the findings from past surveys to ensure continuous improvement in both member service relationships and financial performance. Planning to date has been centred on four goals:

  • Developing more competitive/attractive product and service offerings
  • Increasing membership numbers and relationship values
  • Strengthening the balance sheet
  • Maintaining and enhancing the governance systems
