Redicard access
A Pulse Credit Union Redicard gives you access to your savings
account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Redicard is accepted at over
11,000 Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) and more than 450,000 Electronic
Funds Transfer Point of Sale (EFTPOS) outlets throughout Australia.
Your Pulse Credit Union Redicard is attached to your S1 on call
account. If you have a S2 or other S type accounts under the same
member number and wish to access the funds, simply telephone Pulseline
or log onto www.pulsecredit.com.au and transfer funds from your
other account into your S1 account.
Pulseline and Internet Banking are available 24 hours a day 7 days
a week. The Pulseline number is (03) 9349 5166 for Melbourne and
local areas, for country Victoria and interstate callers 1800 033
435.

Simply complete the application form and drop it in at any of our
branches or post or fax to Head Office.
You should receive your PIN (Personal Identification Number) and
card within 5 working days. These will arrive separately by mail
and can only be sent to your residential address for security reasons.
It is important that your PIN number is not carried with
your card. We suggest you memorise the PIN and destroy it. It is
the responsibility of members to keep their PIN secretive at all
times. Your PIN should not be disclosed for any reason.

the terms and conditions of use for your Redicard.

Some Fees and Charges apply after the allocated number of free
transactions, please refer to our Fees and Charges Brochure. If
you do not have a copy of the terms and conditions brochure, please
telephone (03) 9347 9588 and we will send a copy to you.

Daily Transaction Limits
Your Redicard has a transaction limit of $600 per day in total
by ATM or EFTPOS.
Please Note: Balances are not available from ATM’s until
you have made your withdrawal. Telephone PulseLine for an up to
date account balance prior to making your withdrawal or alternatively
log onto www.pulsecredit.com.au
What to do if your Redicard is Lost or
Stolen
Report the matter immediately to the Card Hotline Service which
operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You will also need to contact
Pulse Credit Union during our business hours to organize a replacement
card.

occurs during business hours on (03) 9347 9588.
